Kyle made buying a house really simple. Working with him made this whole experience really easy going. He looked out for all of my interests in what I was looking for in a home. I feel he went above and beyond any expectations to help me through the whole process from viewing properties to any question I had about anything. I would recommend him as a realtor to anyone in the future.
Kyle helped us identify neighborhoods of interest and showed us many properties. We never felt pressed or rushed. Kyle was always available and present. He made sure all our questions were answered the process is clear. Our agent protected us all the way to signing and often went beyond his standard duties to accommodate us, since we were still living in NY while shopping for a home in WI. He is a professional we would definitely recommend.

When I think amazing realtor I think Kyle Grammentz Let's check some boxes: super knowledgeable about the home buying process, willing to go to bat for you on offer conditions, really friendly and handsome to boot, tons of good recommendations for inspectors and expert contractors to make sure you aren't going all in on a lemon, got us a house on our first offer IN THIS MARKET, casual, but in a way that makes you feel like Kyle's got it all under control, availability similar to an expert cardiac surgeon. Gets back to you STAT. Yeah, those are some impressive traits. As a first time home buyer he was THE GUY. Full stop. Couldn't have done it without him
